13th District and City Counsel member Eric Garcetti reads a proclamation honoring the board of Make Music Los Angeles for being the impetus behind launching an all day, Free, "Your Neighborhood - Your Music" festival to celebrate art and music. They are joining in the global tradition of celebration that happens on June 21st of each year. 460 cities and 110 countries each partake in the traditional ceremony  and Make Music Los Angeles is putting our city on the map!
