2 time Nominee for Best Female Singer Songwriter and Hot Adult Contemporary Single in the 2011 Los Angeles Music awards, Adriani pronounced uh-dree-uh-knee or simply called by her nickname DREE is one Los Angeles native with a hustler's mentality. Growing up in LA, originally as a dancer, Dree has one of the most unique and unusual perspectives on the industry and the world and it is reflected in her writing, style and attitude. Grateful for every opportunity so far, her music is said to be, “Refreshing, Reflective and Contagiously Catchy.” Fusing commercial and abstract in 6 short months performing, writing, and creating her solo project, Dree had already had her song "Waiting," featured on KPFK's (90.7fm) program "Hear in the City," headlined House of Blues on Sunset strip to a packed crowd, performed and interviewed (heard live) by www.radiobuzzd.com where her music is streamed on internet rock radio, recorded 2 songs towards her up and coming EP (title tba), and asked to do more shows then she can even take on! Now, Dree has a fabulous backing band and has been using these last few months to develop a huge fan base digitally, has played 3 to 5 shows every month of an acoustic pop/rock/soul nature and build both a soulful acoustic show and full band blaring theatrical show in hopes of opening for a huge artist or play at one of the world's most coveted music festivals. Delving into the next phase Dree has just received press in the "Next Gen Insider" Magazine, a raving show review in "Hollywood Music Magazine", and a song review on website "Outside the Dial" where she is also featured. Last but not least, Dree has licensed her song "Waiting" to the NBC tv show "Parenthood" where it was just featured in a recent April episode, and now her song "Do That" can be heard on a recent episode of the tv series "White Collar." Part pop - part rock - part organic - part electronic and a lot of soul - Dree can't wait to finish her album, tour, and continue to be a positive role model for other independent artists and dreamers!
